Prime Care International's OCTOBER 2008 events.

PCI provides a free training program for the community in health promotion, in the prevention of:

  • HIV/AIDS
  • Blood pressure (hypertension)
  • Diabetes & Nutrition, etc.

Next training dates :
Tuesday 7, 2008, 10am to 2pm:  HIV/AIDS
Tuesday 14, 2008, 10 am to 2 pm: Blood Pressure
Monday 20, 2008, 10 am to 2 pm: Diabetes

You will learn about how to check and manage your blood pressure and your blood sugar (glucose) level.
